Through guided meditation, intuitive color selection, and abstract portraiture, you’ll reflect the energetic truth of who you are—beyond words, beyond identity. This is where your soul begins to speak in hue.
Your five chosen colours will become mirrors: of your core, your voice, your radiance, and your hidden fragments. This is not art therapy. This is vibrational visibility.
What We’ll Move Through Together
You will scan the emotional aura of your body through breath and feeling, letting colour guide your hand before logic enters the room.
You’ll create a spontaneous soul-portrait using only the five colours that chose you.
You will not paint your face—you will paint your frequency.
And in this process, you will begin to see what has been hiding behind personality all along: the living light of your emotional truth.

To prepare for Session 4—where you’ll begin to embody your soul’s truth through physical gesture—you are asked to continue listening to your field through color.
Daily Ritual:
- Spend 5 minutes each day looking at your chromatic mirror
- Ask gently: “Which colour in me is trying to move?”
- Let your body respond with a gesture or sensation
- Sketch or describe what comes

- What colour have I been suppressing in my life—and why?
- Which colour in my drawing feels like it’s trying to break free?
- If I danced as my field, what would the rhythm or shape be?
- What happens when I sit with my chromatic mirror in silence?
