After months of soul retrieval, frequency recoding, shadow fusion, and future field creation—Session 10 anchors it all in the body.

The field must now move through form.
It must be painted. Danced. Embodied.

What We’ll Move Through Together

Begin with a breath-based embodiment ritual: stepping into your future frequency
Map the radiant aura through intuitive color assignment
Channel this field into a large-scale painting using movement, breath, and gesture
Reflect: Where does your field glow? Where has it expanded?

We’ll seal the session with a personal embodiment ritual—a scent, stretch, word, or action that says: “I am no longer waiting.”
